Celebrate Mom with an unforgettable, interactive brunch experience with "Springtime in Paris" — a Houston-based rendition of Rue Cler that promises to leave a lasting impression.
The hotel's award-winning Executive Chef Jean Luc Royere, who is originally from France, created the delectable menu for this unique Mother's Day experience which will be hosted in the Hotel's Mezzanine Level from
10AM-4PM on Sunday, May 14.
On the Parisian food tour, guests can enjoy bites from the butcher shop, Boucherie, offering delights like Carved Domestic Lamb and Slow Cooked Filet Mignon. The Poissonnerie is the ultimate destination for fresh fish, offering Smoked Salmon Tartar as well as Roasted Alaskan Salmon. The culinary journey continues with fresh rolled sushi and nigiri at the Sushi Bar, caviar and shucked oysters at the Brasserie, and an assortment of cheeses at the Fromagerie alongside a variety of cured meats and sausages at the nearby Charcuterie. Of course, no brunch would be complete without traditional breakfast offerings ranging from an omelette station, assorted individual breakfast quiches, and a brioche pain perdu bar.
Executive Pastry Chef Oralia Perez will spoil all at the Boulangerie, featuring decadent house-made breakfast pastries and breads, the Patisserie with miniature desserts and macarons and the Creperie with sweet, delicious
crepes made a la minute.
Beverage options will include one welcome drink from a boutique Eau de Parfum inspired Bubble Bar
created by Mixologist Judith Piotrowski.
Children will be entertained at the Toy Boutique, featuring activities like face painting, a balloon artist, and a candy bar.
